Arguably, Peter Drucker is the father of management theory. Prior to the 1950s, little thought was given to the science of management. Dr. Drucker's work changed the perception of management and opened the door to understanding management at a profound new level.
Notwithstanding Dr. Drucker’s contribution, his theory of management was largely empirically based.
What about a theory of management based on a biblical worldview? If you are seeking to live your life based on a biblical worldview, this question should be intriguing. |

Where did you learn what you know about management?
If you are like most people, you learned management from experience, common sense, books, and perhaps a mentor.
But for most, what they know about management has been framed from nonbiblical sources.
Does this statement sound audacious? Consider this: Have you ever been taught management using the Bible as your textbook or even as a reference book?
Few have intentionally studied the Bible seeking to understand God's principles of management.
The purpose of this Seminar/Webinar is to study management from a biblical worldview.
If you believe that God created the universe, then He must have made all the rules of the universe. And if God revealed himself in the Bible, then the Bible must be a rich source of truth about life, including business and management.
Furthermore, if God grants success in His universe to those who follow His rules, why would anyone expect to enjoy success in management without knowing and obeying God's rules?
The argument is compelling. Anyone desiring to manage successfully in God's universe must know and obey God's rules. He or she must embrace the management ways of the Creator and King, that is, Kingdom Management.
This training is Kingdom Managment, Pt III - Leadership from a Biblical Worldview.

Based on the work of Dr. Gerald Chester, Kingdom Management III will shatter worldly paradigms of leadership thinking and teach the powerful biblical principles from the Beyond Babel Model as presented in Dr. Chester's seminal work Beyond Babel.
The best practices of management theory will be analyzed against a biblical worldview. That which is aligned with biblical truth will be retained and that which is not biblical will be discarded.
Allow the filtering process of this teaching to help you gain a more biblical understanding of leadership, which will translate into greater success.

Is a biblical worldview of leadership really important?
If you believe that the God revealed in the Bible created the universe, then it follows that God made all the rules for the universe. Therefore gaining a biblical worldview of leadership is not only important but is essential to enjoy enduring success.
