Strategies@Work, LLC ('SAW') is pleased to present a progressive series of teaching and training designed to help individuals and organizations find and fulfill their purpose.

Since God does everything with intent and purpose, every organization and every person has a purpose.

Your life purpose is individual to you and, for most people, will be fulfilled in the context of organizations. Unless you have a calling to be a prisoner for life, like Daniel, the best context for you to fulfill your calling will be organizations that operate according to biblical principles.

The overarching message of the teaching offered by Strategies@Work, LLC is the Beyond Babel Model – a biblical model for building organizations. This model is presented in the book Beyond Babel by Dr. Gerald Chester. The Beyond Babel Model is a biblical model for building organizations that will enable both people and organizations to fulfill their purposes, simultaneously.

There are three levels of teaching offered by SAW. The table below shows the levels of teaching and target audience of each level along with links to the corresponding curriculum material. Below the table is a brief explanation.

Starting Point: The entry level teaching is the Strategic Life Alignment (‘SLA’) Seminar. The purpose of this teaching is to help you find your individual and personal life purpose. Because of the challenge of this journey, there are additional training materials available through the Alumni Events. (Those who have attended the SLA Seminar are alumni.) Each of these Alumni Events is designed to provide more in-depth teaching and training of the concepts introduced in the SLA Seminar.

Intermediate: For those seeking to both find and fulfill their life purpose, the next level of teaching is the Beyond Babel Model presented both in Dr. Chester’s book and the audio teaching ‘Overview of the Beyond Babel Model’. Fulfilling your life purpose is best realized in organizations that practice biblical principles. This teaching will help you understand and recognize key organizational principles and practices that will help you fulfill your life purpose.

Advanced: The most in-depth teaching on the Beyond Babel Model is found in the Business Transformation Series (‘BTS’) Seminars/Webinars and audio teachings. This teaching and training is for those who are called to manage, build, and lead organizations. Following the Beyond Babel Model will enable both organizations and individuals in the organization to operate according to biblical principles which facilitates alignment with the character and nature of God. Only through this alignment can individuals and organizations fulfill their purposes.

Curriculum Material: The curriculum material for the various levels of teaching includes a book and audio recordings. In addition, there are teaching events (seminars and webinars) that provide additional learning venues.
