Recommended New Client Engagement Process


To engage Strategies@Work, LLC (SAW) as a resource to help you, please consider the new client engagement process outlined below.

This process begins by understanding three of the fundamental beliefs that drive the consulting practice of SAW.

    God created you for a purpose.

    You are responsible to find and fulfill your life purpose.

    Your work is a primary means for fulfilling your life purpose.

SAW serves you by helping you find your divinely ordained life purpose and then helping you align your work with that purpose.

Following is the recommended new client engagement process.

Learn key tools for discovering your life purpose.

Personal Life Purpose Coaching Session

Discern and validate your life purpose.

Validate whether or not your current work is aligned with your life purpose.

Strategic Plan for You and Your Work

If your current work is aligned with your life purpose: develop or refine the strategic plan for your organization to insure that your work remains consistent with your life purpose.

If your current work is not aligned with your life purpose: develop a plan to transition into more suitable work.

The culmination of the new client engagement process should be more clarity regarding your life purpose and better strategic direction for fulfilling that purpose in the workplace.

When your life purpose is more clearly defined, you will be ready to engage in learning and applying the Beyond Babel Model presented in the book Beyond Babel. This model will enable you and your organization to more effectively operate according to biblical principles.

After the new client engagement process, SAW's role will be to help you stay on course, grow, and mature in fulfilling your life purpose. To this end, SAW provides consulting, training, and coaching services based on the Beyond Babel Model.
