The Strategic Life Alignment (SLA) Seminar is the story of my journey and the life transforming lessons learned along the way. These lessons formed the basis of both of my books, The C4 Principle and Beyond Babel.

The C4 principle and SLA Seminar are prequels to Beyond Babel teaching. The Beyond Babel teaching is a biblical approach to building organizations that glorify God. The basis for this teaching is an understanding of the Creation Mandate as the first mandate given to mankind (Genesis 1:26–28). Because mankind was uniquely made in the image of God, man's charge from God is to always live to obey God and reflect the character and nature of God. Therefore, the philosophy, values, and principles that man embraces to carry out the Genesis mandate should reflect God. The C4 Principle and Beyond Babel Model are tools to help you obey the Creation Mandate.
