The Problems
Is There Purpose to Man's Existence? - The age-old question of human purpose is addressed. Conventional wisdom is challenged by biblical thinking that presents man as an intentional, purposeful creation of God. This presentation includes an introduction to the biblical principle for finding your life purpose. Listen to this fresh approach to the question of human purpose. Watch (~18 minutes)
Who Makes the Rules? - Everyone must deal with the question who makes the rules of life? Who decides how things work for individuals, families, churches, businesses, and government? Consciously or unconsciously, everyone answers these questions. There are only a few options. Listen to this presentation and be challenged to answer these questions more thoughtfully and consciously. Your answers are significant and will define the course of your life. Watch (~44 min)
Tower of Babel Thinking - The story of the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11 illustrates the best work man can perform, in his fallen state, in a world sovereignly ruled by the triune God of the Bible. Because of the sovereignty of God, mankind in his/her default state (fallen and unredeemed) can only have success through the grace of God (a.k.a. common grace), but there is a limit to common grace. However, in mankind's redeemed state, there is special grace for success both in this life and the life to come. In this teaching, the story of the Tower of Babel is used to illustrate how to enjoy true success. Watch (~26 minutes)
Greed and a Secular Worldview - Is greed good? In the eighties movie Wall Street, the fictitious character Gordon Gekko extolled the virtues of greed. In the late nineties, John Stossel presented a positive expose on greed arguing that greed drives people to serve others. But what is the biblical view? Is greed good? Given the pervasiveness of greed in our culture, how much greed is in you? You may be surprise. Watch (~50 minutes)
Experts in Greed – There is one text in the Bible that talks about being an expert in greed. You may have read the text but didn't take notice of it because it didn’t seem to apply to you. It seems easy to view greed as a problem that others have but not you. Would you be willing to reconsider? Based on 2 Peter 2:14, this teaching offers some of the markers of becoming an expert in greed. Check it out; perhaps you're greedier than you think. Watch (~30 minutes)

In this presentation you hear a brief overview of the Willow Creek research on the process for making disciples and learn three tips for how local churches can improve their effectiveness in making disciples. Watch (~37 minutes)
Sound Doctrine and Deportment - Is there a connection between sound doctrine and deportment? Or is knowing sound doctrine just an intellectual exercise? For some clues, consider the apostle Paul's teaching in Titus 2:11–15. Learn his perspective and see how your view of God drives your thoughts, actions, choices, and decisions every day. Watch (~28 minutes)
Discipleship: The C4 Relational Process - Why did God create mankind? The answer is found in the Creation Mandate recorded in Genesis 1; mankind is to serve God as his ruling agents. Mankind's challenge is sin. So, what is the solution to sin? The answer is to first understand the work of Christ correctly and second to understand how the so-called Great Commission of Christ supports the Creation Mandate. This teaching offers a Christian view of both the solution to the sin problem and the relationship of the so-called Great Commission to the Creation Mandate. Watch (~47 minutes)

The apostle Paul provided an answer in Titus 3:8–15. Watch this teaching and learn some examples of good works that Christians should display. Watch (~19 minutes)
Discipleship: Paradigm Shifts - The default state of fallen mankind is to live narcissistically. Christianity is about transformation from living narcissistically to living for Christ. This transformation is not instantaneous, and it is not empowered by humans; rather, it is a series of changes, called paradigm shifts, empowered by the Holy Spirit who sovereignly uses agents (e.g., disciplers) to facilitate the transformation. In this teaching, you will learn how to serve as a facilitator of paradigm shifts. Watch (~45 minutes)

How Christianity Changed the World – At the time of Christ, the Roman Empire and Roman worldview dominated the world. This worldview was decadent. For example, human life was not valued. Enjoy this lively presentation on God's perspective of business and the true meaning of the Great Commission and the mandate for man to rule the earth. Watch (~47 minutes)

This means that the only worldview that will lead to lasting business success is a biblical worldview. Listen to this challenging presentation on the biblical worldview of business. But is this the true meaning of the phrase? This teaching offers a more complete biblical meaning of the phrase and how this understanding can change your life. Watch (~47 minutes)
Working in the Name of Christ - Does God value work or is it simply a means to an end? Many think that God does not value work. It is commonly believed that work is simply a place to be ethical and evangelize, and to make money to support missions and church work. But what if God values work, then work has eternal significance. And if work has eternal significance, how then should we work? This teaching offers biblical guidance on how to work in alignment with God. Watch (~45 minutes)
The Workplace and the Will of God – What does the workplace have to do with the will of God? For many the answer is not much. But what does Scripture say? Does God have a will for the workplace? If so, what is it? Listen and learn about God's will for you in your workplace. Watch (~77 minutes)
