This message may be interpreted personally, that is, God is at work in the lives of individuals. But could the message also be interpreted organizationally? Could God be at work in an organization? And if so, how could he work through an organization?

The Beyond Babel Model is a model for building
organizations based on the timeless universal principles found in the Bible. This model was introduced in the book Beyond Babel written by Dr. Gerald Chester, founder of Strategies@Work, LLC. Using this model, the common paradigms and best practices of business as mission will be analyzed against a biblical worldview. That which is aligned with biblical truth will be retained and that which is not biblical will be discarded. Allow the filtering process of this teaching to help you gain a more biblical understanding of business as mission. |

Is Business as Mission really important?

If you believe that the God revealed in the Bible created the universe, then it follows that God made all the rules for the universe. Therefore gaining biblical wisdom to understand how business fits into God's plan is essential to enduring and eternal success.

It would be helpful for you to listen to the teaching from Kingdom Management I, II, III, and IV before you engage with Kingdom Management V; however, it is not a requirement.
