Peter Drucker is regarded by many as the father of modern management theory. Prior to the 1950s, little thought was given to the science of management. Since that time, Dr. Drucker's work changed the perception of management and opened the door to a profound new level of understanding.
Notwithstanding Dr. Drucker’s contribution, his theory of management was empirically based. Could there be a theory of management based on a Christian worldview deductively reasoned from Scripture? |
