Arguably, Peter Drucker is the father of management theory. Prior to the 1950s, little thought was given to the science of leadership. Dr. Drucker's work changed the perception of management and opened the door to a profound new level of understanding.

Notwithstanding Dr. Drucker’s contribution, his theory of leadership was largely empirically based.

Kingdom Management III: Leadership
This teaching is based on the Beyond Babel Model.  

The Beyond Babel Model is a model for building 
your life and organizations based on the timeless universal principles found in the Bible. This model was introduced in the book Beyond Babel written by Dr. Gerald Chester, founder of Strategies@Work, LLC. 

Using the Beyond Babel Model, this teaching presents biblically based best practices for leading people and organizations. 
If you believe that the God revealed in the Bible created the universe, then it follows that God made all the rules for the universe. Therefore gaining a biblical worldview of leadership is not only important but is essential to enjoying enduring success.

In part III of the Kingdom Management series, you will learn a biblical worldview of leadership. What you think you know about leadership will be challenged as you consider biblical truth applied to leading people and organizations.

This teaching will challenge you to better understand the timeless universal principles (TUP) and therefore how to engage in building and managing multigenerational organizations from a biblical worldview.

This is the third teaching in the Kingdom Management series. Parts I and II are not prerequisites; however, you are encouraged to listen to Kingdom Management I and Kingdom Management II before taking Kingdom Management III.
